Notes from the 2026 harvest
A cooler, wetter season in the SAVA region has produced beans of remarkable moisture and aromatic depth.
This year's harvest across the SAVA region arrived a little later than usual, following a cooler and wetter growing season. The result is a crop of exceptional character: plump Grade A beans with high moisture and a rounded, creamy aroma. Curing is now under way, and first selections will be available to partners in the coming months.
